This practical session explains how depositing your Author Accepted Manuscript (AAM) and using the University’s Rights Retention approach makes your research openly available to readers worldwide, including those without subscription access.

We will cover:
* The significance of your Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM) and how to retain it
* The importance of depositing your AAM at acceptance
* The rights retention approach behind the University Research Publishing Policy
* How to use CRIS to deposit your AAM
* How the Library makes your research globally discoverable
